Daily dose of Gratitude affirmations,

Affirmations or positive self talk means boosting your positive vibes and pushing yourself towards the more peaceful and calmer you. And when affirmation combined with gratitude, it can create a miracle of satisfactory life which is though difficult in today’s commercial lifestyle but with the aid of gratitude particularly gratitude affirmations it can be achieved. 

Here is a list of my own personal gratitude affirmations which I practice daily to remain calm and happy. 

Thanks To God

First and foremost I always like to recall the gifts of God. He is the one who is not only mine but the creator of  everything that I am thankful for today. 

  1. I am thankful to God that he chose to create me.
  2. He gave me this perfect life, perfect family, perfect opportunity for self growth, I have gratitude for all these things. 
  3. I am grateful that He chose me to go through all those difficult situations which made me who I am today. 
  4. Thanks for giving my loving parents. 
  5. I am grateful that He gave me life in such a modern environment with so many facilities. 

Thanks To My Life

I always like to sit in a quiet place and think about the wonders of my own body. How the tasks which seem impossible to humans are being done by our body so seamlessly and efficiently, that we can not even imagine doing . 

How our body works like a miracle without any fault and error and how our brain is stronger than thousands of robots and computers. And how our eyes are 100 times more powerful than high megapixel cameras in capturing imagery. 

And I also like to recall the gifts this universe has for us to survive in it. How God created this earth in a perfect way, that it has everything which is needed for survival of life on it. 

  1. I give thanks to this universe for whatever I have. 
  2. Thanks for my breaths. 
  3. I am grateful that I have a body without any disabilities. 
  4. Thanks to my body which enables me to go wherever I want.
  5. Thanks to my eyes that they can see. My ears that can hear. My nose smells. I can walk, run, and jump. I have hands that can lift weight, and it helps me in every situation. 
  6. Thanks to my brain that has numerous cells that work together perfectly, which enables me to think, remember and do wonders.
  7. Thanks to my body, despite having a trillion cells and hormones, hundreds of bones and flesh,it still works harmoniously and efficiently.
  8. Every breath I take is a reminder of how lucky I am to be able to be born human. 
  9. Thanks to the power I felt moving throughout my body. 
  10. Thanks to the voice inside me which guides me to the right path.
  11. Thanks for happiness, peace of mind, great sleep, and calmness.
  12. Thanks to this unlimited knowledge I receive from the universe. 
  13. I am thankful for every moment and experience. 
  14. Thanks for my confidence. 
  15. Thanks for my inner love. 
  16. Thanks for every smile. 
  17. Thanks for my positive mind.

Thanks for opportunities

Then my next gratitude is for opportunities l always have received to be here, and to be the best version of myself. I wonder how amazing it is that I was born in these modern times , where I have those facilities which maybe people ages ago can not even imagine. 

  1. I am grateful for the abundance of fortune in my life. 
  2. I am thankful for the opportunities that help me to live a purposeful life. 
  3. I am grateful for the opportunities that gave me the insight of life. 
  4. I express gratitude for the challenges I overcome, as they make me stronger.
  5. I express thanks for the opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  6. Thanks to the people who helped me, willingly or unwillingly. 
  7. I am thankful for the lavish lifestyle I have and facilities that make my life so much easier. 

Thanks to relationships

We all are born in families and that is not without a purpose. Our families take care of us, nurture us and enable us to survive in this society. And they have the biggest contribution in our growth so we need to thank them , either personally or by heart recognizing their efforts in nurturing us. 

  1. Thanks to my parents, family, siblings and friends. 
  2. My heart is grateful for the love and support I receive.
  3. I am thankful for the relationships that enrich my life.
  4. I am grateful for the love and care that surrounds me.
  5. I am grateful for the emotional help I receive. 
  6. I am grateful for the guidance and advice from my relatives. 
  7. Thanks to the people with whom I can have heart to heart conversation.  
  8. I am grateful for every kindness I receive and give. 

Thanks for food

For sure we cannot survive a day without food so how can we forget it and the process it goes through to reach us. 

  1. I am grateful for every bite of food I eat and enjoy. 
  2. My heart is filled with respect for the people who harvests, cut and cook the food to bring it on my table. 
  3. I am grateful for the nutrition it provides me to live healthily. 
  4. Thanks to the people who are responsible for making the food tastier and filling my mouth with deliciousness. 
  5. I am grateful for my stomach to properly digest the food. 

Thanks to nature

Nature is our best friend and a cure of a lot of our diseases and it’s also my favorite hobby to explore the nature around me, so I definitely can not forget it while giving gratitude affirmations. 

  1. I’m thankful for every drop of rain and every ray of sun. 
  2. I am thankful for the wind which enables me to breathe. 
  3. Thanks to the whole universe for having everything which is necessary for life.
